This talk with slideshow will provide an overview of the system level design challenges in designing high voltage hot swap circuits. This talk is focused on how these hot swap circuits are needed to enable the transition to high voltage DC (e.g. 800V or +/-400V) distribution in data centers. The goal of this presentation is to help the audience understand the system level tradeoffs and to equip them with tools to meet current and future power delivery needs.
