The adoption of 800V electric drive systems and SiC power devices has intensified electromagnetic interference, imposing stricter requirements on the high-frequency performance of EMI filters. This paper proposes an optimized DC-side EMI filter design that combines parameter optimization with PCB-integrated capacitors to reduce parasitic inductance and improve high-frequency performance. A CLCLC topology is employed, with the final stage utilizing PCB capacitors. Experimental results validate the proposed methodology's effectiveness.
