This work presents a non-isolated half-bridge LLC with auto-transformer for 10MHz 48-12V DCX. With minor device count, magnetizing current and switch stress are reduced versus isolated counterparts, enabling exceptional efficiency and power density. Experimental results demonstrate 94.2% peak efficiency at 204W output, and 6100W/in³ power density.
