We will briefly introduce SimpleChips and discuss in some details the performance of the 18SCT005. This chip is a BiCMOS high-voltage monitor capable of handling +/-1200V while dividing with a ratio of 1/320 with an accuracy of better than 0.75% from -55C to 125C. It is the only monolithic chip of its kind in the world.
