Shashank Karanth is an Application Engineer for gate driver ICs at Infineon Technologies. He obtained his M.Sc. in electrical power engineering from RWTH Aachen University in 2015. He has been with Infineon Technologies, Germany since 2022. His main area of interest is wide-band gap power devices and isolated gate drivers for high power applications.
