Pengwei Sun received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2012. He has been working on Intelligent Power Modules for the past decade. He is currently with Infineon Technologies Americas Corp, where he is the Principal Engineer working on product definition and application of high voltage MOSFETs, including CoolMOS and CoolSiC MOSFETs.
