He is a design consultant for Wurth Elektronik. Matt is the chairperson for the Power Electronics Society Standards Committee known as PELSC. He is also the current chairperson of IEC TC 51 Magnetic components, ferrite, and magnetic powder materials. He is an IEEE Fellow recognized for his contributions to design and productize magnetic components integrated in power delivery systems over the past forty-six years. He has used improvements in standards and recommended practices to drive and validate new magnetic components and magnetic materials throughout his career.
