Wolfspeed
Blake Nelson received his doctorate from the University of Alabama in 2020 where he studied and modeled SiC applications for DoD, DoE, and industry partners. He now works at Wolfspeed leading the power module’s systems engineering team, leveraging his extensive experience with SiC device and application modeling. This technical group creates customer-facing power module models, develops new simulation workflows, and supports customer simulation questions. Blake is located in Fayetteville, AR.
