Over two decades, Andres Arias has developed expertise in magnetics technology, dedicating the last 16 years to the manufacturing sector. His experience spans the complete product lifecycle: technology development, manufacturing execution, business planning, testing and validation, strategic sourcing, and quality systems management.
His career started in the Power Semiconductor Laboratory at the University of Central Florida, where he developed magnetic components for System-on-Chip (SoC) technology. Today, as Engineering Manager at Premier Magnetics, Andres bridges theoretical principles with practical application to deliver innovative magnetic solutions and cultivate the next generation of magnetics engineers.
