Jochen Streit is a Ph.D. candidate at Robert Bosch GmbH and with the Institute of Robust Power Semiconductor Systems (ILH) at the University of Stuttgart. He holds a B.Eng. in Mechatronics from Reutlingen University and a M.Sc. in Power Electronics and Microelectronics from Electronics & Drives, Reutlingen University. His research focuses on optimization of switching behaviour of wide-bandgap power semiconductors regarding electromagnetic emission and switching losses.
