Southeast University
I am Hao Luo, a Ph.D. candidate in Integrated Circuit Engineering at Southeast University. I earned my B.Eng. in Electronics and Information Engineering from Changzhou Institute of Technology (2016–2020) and my M.Eng. in Renewable Energy Science and Engineering from Shanghai University of Electric Power (2020–2023). My research focuses on using AI algorithms to optimize the efficiency and control of power converters, such as DC-DC converters. I previously worked as a New Energy Engineer at East China Electric Power Design Institute, where I gained hands-on experience in renewable energy engineering and project practice.
I have contributed to research on triboelectric nanogenerators and machine learning–enabled human–machine interaction, and on reinforcement learning–based optimization for multiphase buck converters. I am also an inventor on patents related to DDPG-based PID parameter optimization and digital load current prediction for buck power supplies. Technically, I am proficient in Python, MATLAB, and Vivado; familiar with signal testing equipment (e.g., voltage preamplifiers, oscilloscopes, 6514); and experienced with tools such as Cadence and AutoCAD.
