Xuliang Wang (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2018, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic and computer engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, SAR, China, in 2023. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with the School of Integrated Circuits at Tsinghua University, China. His current research interests include 2.5D/3D Vertical Power Delivery, DC-DC Converter, and Integrated Clocking and Power Management Circuits.
