Roberto Rizzolatti received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electronic Engineering, and his Ph.D. in Industrial and Information Engineering from the University of Udine (Italy) in 2013, 2015, and 2018, respectively. During his doctoral studies, he collaborated with leading organizations including STMicroelectronics, Google Inc., Maxim Integrated, and CERN, and published several papers in international conferences and journals.
In 2018, Roberto joined Infineon Technologies in the Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) division as a System Innovation Engineer. He currently serves as Lead Principal Engineer for DC/DC Power Conversion and is team leader of a 48V innovation group focused on data center applications. His work centers on designing advanced DC/DC switched‑mode power supplies (SMPS) to enhance efficiency and performance in AI‑driven and next‑generation data center servers. He also holds several patents in the field of 48V data center architectures.
