Katsuhiro Hata (he/him/his)

Katsuhiro Hata received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 2018. From 2016 to 2019, he was a Research Fellow with the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). From 2019 to 2024, he was a Research Associate with the Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo. Since 2024, he has been an Associate Professor with Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan. His research interests include hybrid DC-DC converters, digital active gate driving, wireless power transfer, and e-mobility.
