    Roderick Bayliss III

    Roderick S. Bayliss III received the B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, in 2020 and 2021, respectively.He is currentlyworking toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA. After internships with Tesla, Inc., Palo Alto, CA, USA, and SpaceX, Hawthorne, CA, USA, he joined the Pilawa Group,UCBerkeley. His research interests include multilevel power converter design and control, and high performance power magnetics design. Mr. Bayliss III was a recipient of the UC Berkeley Chancellor’s Fellowship and the Hertz Fellowship.
