Sergio Jimenez is a Power Modules Applications Engineer at Wolfspeed, where he works in the development of the next generation of power modules for traction inverters in electric vehicles. He holds a PhD from the University of Alabama, where he especialized in Wide Bandgap Semiconductor technology and in the design and development of a MV Super-Cascode Power Switch.
