Manuel Horvath is an Electrical Application Engineer at Robert Bosch GmbH and holds a Master of Science in Power Electronics. He began his career in 2009 with an apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician at Robert Bosch GmbH in Reutlingen. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics and his Master’s degree in Micro- and Power Electronics from Reutlingen University in 2019. Since coming back to Bosch in 2019, he initially worked as a Characterization Engineer with a focus on SiC MOSFETs. In 2023, he transitioned into his current role as an Electrical Application Engineer. For the past year, he has been serving as an advanced expert at Bosch for short-circuit robustness of power semiconductor devices.
