Ching-Chun Chuang, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST), Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Chuang accumulated valuable industrial experience as a senior firmware engineer at Flextronics International Ltd.. His current research interests include power electronics, on-board battery chargers for electric vehicles, renewable energy conversion, and Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) applications. He actively leads research projects supported by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), focusing on advanced topologies such as interleaved phase-shift half-bridge LLC resonant converters.
