TENG Xiangyu received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the School of Integrated Circuits, Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2022 and 2025, respectively. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). His research interests include integrated circuit design and power semiconductor devices.
