Ayan Biswas serves as a senior staff reliability engineer at Wolfspeed Inc, USA.
He earned his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Virginia
Commonwealth University, USA. Prior to his role at Wolfspeed Inc, Ayan spent
several years in technology development at Intel Corporation and also worked as a
postdoctoral research associate at Carnegie Mellon University for a couple of years.
He has authored or co-authored about 30 scientific publications.
His current and past research interests span across SiC power device reliability,
PROM memory devices, nano-magnetic and spintronic devices and so on.
