Dimitrios Deldimos

Dimitrios Deldimos (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Athens, Greece, in 2023. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy, in collaboration with Infineon Technologies. In 2025, he was a researcher Ph.D. student with Infineon Technologies AG, Villach, Austria. His research interests include high-power conversion systems, advanced parallel operation of wide-bandgap semiconductor devices, and control and reliability of SiC-based power converters.
