Gao Liu

Aalborg University

Gao Liu received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, and his Ph.D. degree from Aalborg University, Denmark. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Energy at Aalborg University. His research interests include the paralleling of SiC MOSFETs and the development of power modules based on medium‑voltage SiC MOSFET technologies.
