Georgia Institute of Technology
Hua Chen is a Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in advanced power electronics. He previously earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech. From 2019 to 2021, he worked at L3Harris Technologies and Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he developed industrial voltage regulators and power converter systems.
His current doctoral research focuses on high‑voltage DC‑DC converters for efficient power delivery in AI datacenter applications, including hybrid converter topology design and miniaturized point‑of‑load power management solutions.
