Shivam Kumar, is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Urbana, IL, USA. He recieved his B.Tech. + M.Tech. Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, Kharagpur, India in May 2022. From 2022 to 2024, he worked as Graduate Electronics Engineer in Jaguar Land Rover Technology and Business Services India (JLRTBSI), Bengaluru, where he contributed to the design and development of battery charging systems. His current research focuses on control and implementation of power electronic converters for energy harvesting applications.
