Zerui Dong received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Auburn University, Auburn, AL in 2015 and 2019, respectively. In 2019, He was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Auburn University, Auburn, AL. He is currently a Power Electronics Simulation Specialist with OPAL-RT Corporation, Wheat Ridge, CO. His recent research interest includes FPGA-based and CPU-based real-time simulation applications, hardware-in-the-loop, power electronics, renewable energy modeling and integration.
