Zhongjie Wang is a PhD Candidate at Tianjin University, China. His primary research interests cover high-frequency DC-DC converters, wide-bandgap (WBG) semiconductor devices including GaN devices, and the system-level applications of SiC power modules. He has extensive research experience in the dynamic characterization of power semiconductor devices, the design of gate drive and protection circuits for high-power SiC modules, as well as the analysis of steady-state current sharing in parallel-connected SiC power modules.
