Muhammad Majharul Islam (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering from the Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet, Bangladesh, in 2018. He is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA.,He is with the Mixed-Signal Computer Aided Design Laboratory, University of Arkansas. His research interests include designing and modeling semiconductor devices, compact modeling, computer-aided design (CAD), integrated circuit design, nanoscale semiconductor devices, silicon carbide (SiC)-based CMOS process study, Process Design Kit (PDK) development, and technology development, as well as AI-enabled device modeling for efficient device simulation and design.
Previously, He was faculty member at Sonargaon University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Worked for Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board(BREB). Bangladesh Hi-tech park Fellow for the the government exchange program at Fujitsu Research Institute, Japan.
Member of IEEE and RISE fellow at the University of Arkansas.
