Yang Xu (Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2018 and 2023, respectively. He is currently a Research Associate with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA. His research interests include power module design, wide-bandgap device applications, motor drives, and solid-state circuit breakers.
