Ben Liao is a second-year Ph.D. student advised by Prof. Khurram Afridi in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University. He completed his Bachelor's Degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley in 2022. His research interests involve the control of novel power electronics circuit topologies, and more broadly, in renewable energy and electric transportation technologies.
