Saurabh Kale (Student Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree from the Technical University of Hamburg, Germany, in 2021. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree with the Institute of Microelectronic Systems, Mixed-Signal IC Design Group, Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. His research interests include sensing, control, and driving of high-voltage frequency controlled MHz GaN power converters, with applications in wireless power transfer.
