Silicon Austria Labs
Zhen Huang joined the Architectures & Topology Research Unit of the Power Electronics Division at Silicon Austria Labs in 2023 as a Junior Scientist, focusing on the design and modeling of resonant converters. In parallel, since 2024 he has been pursuing a doctorate at Graz University of Technology at the Institute of Electric Drives and Power Electronic Systems, working on solid‑state transformer topics for DC‑grid applications.
