Yifan Chen is an undergraduate student at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). His research interests focus on the field of power electronics. He has contributed to the development of high-density 1-MHz GaN LLC converters for next-generation data center power architectures, with his recent work on 3-cell matrix transformers submitted to the 2026 IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC).
