Christos Loukas is a Ph.D. Candidate at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and received the Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece, in 2015, and the M.Sc. degree in Electrical, IT and Computer Engineering with specialization in Power Electronics from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 2017. Since 2017, he has been involved in industrial and academic research and development activities in the field of power electronics and energy storage systems, focusing on the design, analysis, and validation of high-efficiency power converters and battery-based systems. His work spans DC–DC converter design, high-frequency and resonant topologies, battery management systems, and system-level integration for electric vehicle and grid-connected applications. His research interests include power electronics, energy storage technologies, high-frequency power conversion, and advanced charging systems for electric vehicles.
