Hee Sung Lee received the B.S. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2020. From 2020 to 2022, he was a Senior Engineer with SK Hynix, Icheon, South Korea. Since March 2022, he has been with the 6G Research Team, Samsung Research, Samsung Electronics, Seoul. His research interests include Envelope Tracking IC, CMOS RF/millimeter-wave/THz transceiver and frequency synthesizer.
