Aditya Zade received the M.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Science, India, in 2018, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and the ASPIRE NSF ERC, USA, in fall 2025. Since 2026, he has been a Member of the R&D Staff at MPEL, Delta Electronics Americas Ltd., where he is currently developing high-density power modules for EV charging applications. He previously worked as a Senior Research Engineer and Deputy Manager at Hirect, India, from 2018 to 2021. His research interests include the design, analysis, modeling, and control of power converters (ac-dc and dc-dc), EV battery charging systems, and wide-band-gap SiC/GaN-based converters.
Aditya Zade received the gold medal during his master’s program and the IEEE APEC 2024 Best Presentation Award. He also mentored an undergraduate team from Utah State University that won first place in the IEEE International Future Energy Challenge 2022.
