TE Connectivity - Schaffner
Dr. Szymon Pasko is a Staff R&D/Product DVL Engineer at Schaffner, now part of TE Connectivity, specializing in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Power Quality (PQ). His doctoral work investigated the impact of EMC filter design and power electronic converter structures on reducing conducted emissions. This research received major recognition, including the main prize in the IX ABB Contest for Best Ph.D. Thesis (2011/2012) and the main prize in ENEA’s Best Ph.D. Thesis Contest (2011).
Throughout his career at Schaffner/TE Connectivity, Dr. Pasko has held key technical roles, including Research Manager at the Innovation Center and Lead Research Engineer in the Automotive Division. He has authored 24 scientific publications and is the inventor or co‑inventor of 4 patents in EMC and power electronics. His current work focuses on advanced EMC solutions for high‑frequency power electronic systems.
