Tyndall National Institute
Aditya Singh is currently a Postdoctoral researcher working with the ICT4EnergyEfficiency group at the Tyndall National Institute. His research focuses on improving the Operational Lifetime of IoT networks to support modern IoT applications. This involves developing simulation models for IoT device power modeling & system integration. He also leverages Data Science and Artificial Intelligence methods to develop energy-efficient strategies for energy harvesting and management, as well as UAV-aided autonomous IoT networks. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at IIT Kanpur, India, in July 2024. During this time, he served as a TCS Research Fellow at the Wireless Sensor Networks Laboratory at IIT Kanpur. Prior to that, he earned his B.Tech. degree from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India, in 2016, followed by an M.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Patna, India, in 2018.
