Shesh Mani Pandey

Mr. Shesh Mani Pandey is Senior Technical Staff Engineer with Microchip Technology Inc. Chandler, AZ. He currently leads the development of high voltage SiC power MOSFET devices. Prior to joining Microchip, he worked at GlobalFoundries, leading the TCAD and NPI teams. He was CEO Award recipient and was recognized as a GlobalFoundries Master Inventor. Mr. Pandey holds over 160 issued U.S. patents and more than 70 pending. He has authored or co-authored more than 25 papers in leading journals and conferences. Mr. Pandey earned his M. Tech. degree in Solid State Materials from IIT Delhi, India.
