Srivatsa Raghunath is a Principal Engineer at Infineon Technologies. His work centers on the Product Definition and Application Engineering of high-voltage gate driver ICs for Si, GaN and SiC FETs, Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) technology, and advanced power supply topologies. He is actively involved in defining and promoting next-generation Solid-State Relays, which provide high-voltage switching solutions for industrial applications. He is a senior member active in IAS, PELS at IEEE and PSMA.
