Xuanyu Jin received the B.S. degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2024. He is currently working toward the M.S. degree in Power Electronic with the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include SiC power devices, reliability analysis of SiC devices, high-voltage gate driver design, and robust driving techniques for wide-bandgap power modules.
