Jim Bucci is the Product Manager of the Keithley Parameter Analyzer product line at Tektronix. Jim joined Keithley in 2015 as a Test Engineer and has since worked with SMUs, Digital Multimeters, Parameter Analyzers, and Production Semiconductor Testers. Jim holds two patents on test equipoment for wide bandgap devices. Prior to joining Keithley, Jim earned his Electrical Engineering degree at Case Western Reserve University.
