Arash Elhami Khorasani recieved the PhD degree from Arizona State Universty in 2015 on Semiconductor Device Physics . In 2015 he joined ON Semiconductor's Research and Development team where he is currently a lead deivce architect. Arash is responsible for design and development of 40-700V device content in sub-micron BCD Technologies.
