My name is Takuma Sakai
I am an Application Engineer in the Application Device Technology Division at Fuji Electric Co., Ltd., where I have worked for eight years. My work focuses on the application development and technical support of power semiconductor devices, with expertise spanning SiC and IGBT power modules deployed in industrial, energy, and automotive systems.
I am actively engaged in application engineering, bridging the gap between device technology and end-system design. My contributions to the power electronics community include recognition at international conferences, most recently receiving the Best Paper Award at PCIM India 2025, highlighting my research in practical power electronics applications.
