Bin Li (he/him/his)

Navitas Semiconductor

Bin Li graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree. Continuing his academic journey, he obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2013. Passionate about advancing his knowledge and expertise, he pursued further studies and successfully completed his Ph.D. at CPES, Virginia Tech in 2018.

Dr. Li's academic pursuits were complemented by practical experience in the field. Since 2018, he has been contributing his skills and insights to Navitas Semiconductor, where he currently holds the position of Director of Applications. In this role, He plays a crucial part in driving innovative solutions and applications for the GaN and SiC semiconductor industry.

With a strong academic foundation and extensive industry experience, Dr. Li brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role. His dedication to advancing technology and driving application-focused strategies makes him a valuable asset to both academia and the industry.
