Jiarui Zou

Jiarui Zou earned his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, IL, USA in 2021. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, CA. His research interests include high-performance hybrid switched-capacitor converter design for data center power delivery, data center power and thermal management, custom magnetics design automation, high-performance circuit layout and assembly techniques, and circuit component performance analysis. He received the First Place Award in the IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition (ECCE) Hardware Demo Competition in 2024, the Best Showcase Award at the 2024 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit, and the IEEE COMPEL Best Paper Award in 2023.
