Warsaw University of Technology
Olesandr Husev (Senior Member, IEEE) holds a Ph.D. defended in the Institute of Electrodynamics, National Academy of Science of Ukraine (2012). He was an Associate Professor at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine, and a senior researcher at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. From July 2025, he is a leader of the Applied DC Power Electronics Research Group at Warsaw University of Technology, Poland. His research focuses on applied power electronics converter design, DC, and high-power density systems.
Dr. Husev has authored and co-authored more than 200 scientific publications and holds several international patents. He has several best paper awards, was recognized as Best Researcher in his institutions, and received the Estonian National Award.
