Wesam Taha is a Senior Staff Systems Engineer at Schaeffler with over ten years of experience leading R&D projects in power electronics and motor drives. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, Canada, in 2023. Dr. Taha has authored more than 30 journal and conference papers and has received multiple awards. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at McMaster University. In addition to his technical expertise, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
