Patrick Rempel is a Professor at the Harz University of Applied Sciences, Germany for IT-, Data-, and Information Security. His research interests include security-by-design, requirements engineering, requirements traceability, software design, and empirical software engineering. He received a PhD in computer science from Technische Universität Ilmenau in 2016. He worked more than ten years as a Solutions Architect for Oxford Computer Group and Accenture.
