Eric M. Allee is a Graduate Research Assisstant at the Univerity of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA. He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA, in 2021. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in electrical engineering at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA. He is a GEM Consortium Fellow and NSF LSAMP BD Fellow. He was a research intern for the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Building Technologies Office (BTO) and the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL), an applications engineer intern at Wolfspeed, Inc., and a NASA OSTEM intern at NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. His research interest include medium voltage (MV) silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductor device characterization, converter design, and converter prototyping.
