Mahery RAJEMISAONA is a PhD student at Grenoble Alpes University, at the G2ELab laboratory in France. He holds a degree in electrical engineering. As part of the VERTIGO project, he is focusing his research on the design of a power module adapted for vertical GaN power components. Studying the various EMC, thermal, electrical and technological issues involved in designing packaging for a vertical GaN semiconductor chip.
